Practitioner Directory

Information In Member-Submitted Profiles is not verified by Nara and may be incorrect or out of date. You should conduct your own research into the suitability of receiver practitioners before appointing them. All implied warranties and conditions are excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nara Sponsorship

Nara gives no warranty, assurance or endorsement of any kind in relation to any of its Sponsors. No liability is therefore accepted for the performance, standard or applicability of any service(s) offered or provided by Sponsors.
 

Professional Statements

The Professional Statements set out the basic principles to which all members can reasonably be expected to adhere. They do not attempt to go into detail as to how Members should deal with specific issues which may arise. It is not the role of nara to dictate to Members how they should act in any given situation.

The Guidance Notes are the copyright of Nara.

They are provided for Member’s use only and are confidential to the Association. They are intended for general guidance only.

The circumstances of each case must be carefully considered and the Receiver must take his or her own independent advice.

Neither Nara, nor its directors, nor its members of council, nor the authors of these Guidance Notes accept responsibility for any actions taken, or refrained from being taken, nor any loss consequent thereon.

All rights reserved. No part of these publications may be reproduced, stored or transmitted in any form or by any means, either electronically or physically without the prior written permission of Nara, save that consent for a Member to print, download or otherwise store these publications solely in connection with the Member’s business of a Fixed Charge Receiver is hereby granted.

Whilst Nara will make every reasonable endeavour to advise members of changes, it reserves the right to alter, withdraw or publish new Guidance Notes without notice. Cancellation Policy

Nara's cancellation and refund policy for Events & Courses is as follows:

Cancellations (email to admin@nara.org.uk) received 30 days or more before the event – Full Refund; 14 – 29 days – Voucher in the full amount valid for 12 months for any other Nara Event or Course; less than 14 days – no refund.

All cancellation must be made in writing.

In the event a delegate cannot attend but wishes to send a colleague in their place, 48 hours notice is requested.
