- Amy Jones followed up with an insight into what a typical PI claim against a property receiver might look like with reference to the seminal court decision Centenary Homes Limited v Gershinson and Liddell [2020] EWHC 1080 - a claim which was very well defended by the property receivers involved.
- The pair concluded with a roundup of some key risk management tips from a PI perspective and invited NARA members to join their February 2026 webinar which is aimed to give an insight into the insolvency professional indemnity insurance market with a focus on how insurers perceive risk and where claims are coming from.
